Complain​

It can always happen that something doesn't quite go as planned.

We recommend that you first raise complaints with us by contacting the form fill in and choose 'A complaint' . Please include your order number, describe the complaint and attach photos if possible. This will allow us to follow up your complaint better.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
